Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 CT. Orders placed outside those hours go into the queue and are cut the next working morning.
Is there a phone number?
No, and that is deliberate. This is a one-person workshop — if the plotter is running, nobody is answering a phone, and a missed call helps neither of us. Email gets a reply the same working day from the person who will cut your order, with your exact wording in writing where it cannot be misheard.
Local pickup
Available in Evansdale by arrangement — see the Cedar Valley page. It is a private workshop rather than a storefront, so email first and we will set a time and tell you where to come.
Ordering
You do not need to email to order. The order form takes about a minute, prices itself as you go, and previews your exact lettering before you pay.
Sending artwork
Vector files cut directly — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A clean PNG or even a photo of the faded original works; we redraw it as vector at no charge. Email it with your order reference and we will attach it to the job.
Trade and volume
Marinas, dealers, outfitters and fleet operators: email roughly how many sets a month and we will put trade pricing together.
What we cannot help with. We cannot look up your registration number, renew your registration, or tell you whether your boat needs to be registered. That is your state agency — our state pages list who to contact.

How fast do you reply?
Same working day in almost every case. Proofs usually go out within a few hours of the order during the week.
Where are you based?
Evansdale, Iowa, in Black Hawk County - on the Cedar River between Waterloo and Cedar Falls. It is a private workshop rather than a storefront, so the address is not published. We ship to all 50 states and arrange local pickup by email.
Can I change my order after sending it?
Email us straight away with your order reference. We cut and ship the next business day, so if you catch it the same day we can almost always change it before the plotter runs.
